Why Meditation Life Coaching?

Meditation Coaching emerges as a guiding light, offering a unique blend of meditation practices and personalized coaching.

The reality is that when we begin to take meditation seriously, we begin to deeply regulate our nervous system.
When we begin to deeply regulate our nervous system, we also begin creating a sense of safety within our body.
As we do this… our stored ‘stuff’ feels safe enough to be revealed and starts to come to the surface (so that ultimately it can be felt, cleared and cleansed). Our stored ‘stuff’ is old unpleasant emotions from the past, childhood trauma, societal conditioning, limiting beliefs, ancestral trauma, stored stress etc. It is highly important to have a deep understanding of this when we begin a daily meditation practice because our stored ‘stuff’ will with certainty come to the surface. Everything we are holding onto and everything that is holding us back will be revealed to us. Having expert guidance from a meditation life coach is imperative. A meditation life coach can deeply support you by giving you tangible tools to help the facilitation process of clearing this stored ‘stuff’ out. Meditation life coaching is a multidisciplinary approach - helping you to discover who you truly are beyond the layers. I am Sammy, and I am a compassionate Meditation Teacher & Coach who is qualified to teach both guided and self-directed meditation. I have done over 400hrs of Meditation Teacher Training + 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training + 550 hours of training to become an inner-growth coach.

I am highly dedicated to my own personal growth journey. Through continually transforming my own trauma into light, I carve the path for others to do the same. I hold a safe space for people to transform, heal and tap into their own personal freedom. Moving through our own inner darkness is the gateway to our light!


 

What does a Meditation Life Coaching Session look like?

First 3 Meditation Life Coaching Sessions

When working with me, initially our first 3 x sessions will be learning how to effectively meditate using the Effortless Meditation Technique. You can find more details of these sessions here. These first 3 x sessions will be the foundation for the rest of our coaching sessions and these initial sessions are inspired by the original teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, an Indian Guru from the Himalayas. You will nail down one powerful meditation technique that takes you deep. It’s the fastest and most effortless way I know to release stress and enter deep relaxation. In these sessions you will get ample time to share what you are desiring, working through and what you are most needing for support.


In these initial 3 sessions, we will also go over some foundational things like:

  • The science behind Effortless Meditation. Begin to learn about the fascinating neurological effects that Effortless Meditation has on the brain and body. Understand how this ancient practice can rewire your mind.

  • How stress, trauma and unresolved emotions can be stored within the body. Explore how meditation can aid in dissolving these emotional blocks and promote deep self-healing.

  • Your Mindset. Gain insight into your socially-emotionally conditioned mindset. Understand its origins, limitations, and how to access the hidden layers within you. Through meditation, you'll learn to unravel the layers that have held you back and find the true essence of your being.

  • Your stress blue print and identify your unique internal triggers and reactionary patterns that contribute to your stress/emotions. With newfound awareness, you will discover effective techniques, allowing you to unbind yourself from these patterns.

 

After the initial 3 meditation life coaching sessions:

After you have nailed down the powerful Effortless Meditation Technique, the coaching sessions will be more fluid. I am an intuitive teacher and coach which means that our sessions will become a live and dynamic conversation about your deepest questions about life, relationships, career, business, spirituality, or anything of your heart’s intent. I have a large toolkit of processes that help guide and support you toward what you need most at the moment. Every session looks completely different.
